I am serial entrepreneur, investor and best selling author with an international portfolio of companies spanning finance, mining, energy and aviation.

With over two decades experience in building, managing, and investing in successful global enterprises, I have a sharp eye for opportunity, driven by an insatiable curiosity for finding better ways of doing things.

Neil Farrow

Director

A seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in recruitment, training and apprenticeships, particularly within the construction and rail industries.

Beginning his career in recruitment sales, he later played a key role in developing workforce solutions and skills training. As Director of Spectrum Rail Ltd, Neil then focused on providing specialised talent solutions for the rail sector, helping businesses build skilled & reliable teams.

David heads up recruitment both externally and internally, overseeing sales and business development while growing our team. With 21 years in recruitment and a nine-year military background – leaving the army as a Corporal – he brings a focused, people-first approach to leadership.

Rail Manager

Nick brings over 23 years of experience in the rail industry, having developed his expertise in business development, account management, and temporary placements. His career includes roles at Short-term Engineers, Now Recruitment, Anderselite, and Viking Resources. Nick now manages the rail team at our Manchester office.

Gemma Green

Role Compliance Officer

With 19 years in the rail industry, Gemma has worked across a wide range of roles including bid administration, procurement, and resourcing. She plays a critical role at Elect Resourcing by managing compliance and training requirements, and preparing for RISQS audits. Her role also includes processing wages and invoicing clients.

Janine Moffat

Operations Manager (Scotland)

Janine has worked in rail since 2009 and has built a wealth of experience in resource planning and recruitment. As Operations Manager, she oversees staff allocation and business development, and maintains a strong database of highly skilled, local labour to meet client needs.

Chris Humes

Labour Resourcer

With 12 years in retail and five years in rail, Chris brings a unique blend of experience to his role as a Labour Resourcer. He supports labour requests in the rail sector, maintains strong relationships with clients and colleagues, and works closely with our Operations Manager. Chris also holds safety-critical tickets, including COSS and MC, to ensure safety and compliance.
